SOLUTIONING APPROACH

• Study of the CPPC processes (interviews & document reviews) by the SCM experts
• Detailed mapping of the CPPC processes and SoPs and their documentation 
• CPPC process training module creation along with SCM concepts & frameworks

OUTCOME

• End-to-end CPPC function process mapping, process enhancements, where required and their documentation along with the SoPs
• Better process understanding and internalization due to use of connected conceptual theories & frameworks for every  processes
• Engaging and contextually relevant classroom & eLearning training content due to extensive use of scenarios, cases and workplace applications
