To convert existing ‘Starcap Program’ classroom training on Safety, Engineering and Quality into shorter duration engaging eLearning modules
SOLUTIONING APPROACH
- Concising the classroom training into eLearning modules of an hour each
- Re-designing the classroom activities, exercises, games to suit online self-learning
- Engaging storyboarding and high-quality production to retain the contextual relevance and application of the content
OUTCOME
- The eLearning modules were concise, to the point and were able to successfully drive home the key messages and learning
- Use of action learning videos of faculty, games, scenarios and activities ensured the high level of engagement and experience
- Contextually relevant, easy to understand and engaging content ensured retention that the classroom experience provided to the learners
