• eLearning module development for induction and required medicine courses
• Digitalisation of various SOPs, process docs, forms, guidelines and more
• Custom learning app and assistance for course access, assessment & completion

OUTCOME

• Online induction of Resident Doctors to the hospital upon joining and their orientation to various hospital systems & process
• Custom-developed 13 medicine courses and three behavioural courses available for learning and assessment using the app
• Resident doctors complete their induction and learn required medicine courses online at their pace and their time of choice
