SOLUTIONING APPROACH
- In-depth interviews with sales resources from 15+ Studios across the country
- Designing of an integrated intervention based on the root causes identified
- Multi-part classroom training, coaching, practice on SoPs, eLearning, handholding
OUTCOME
- Built a culture of consultative sales and customer connect at the Studio that focused on closure and activations
- Rigours training, coaching and handholding of the Studio resources to build skills and attitude required for success at the Studios
- Introduced sales SoPs, Do’s & Don’ts, cross-selling/ upselling and other processes for strengthening sales function at the Studios
