PROBLEM STATEMENT     

Consistent lower than expected lead generation, sales conversions and cross-selling/ up-selling across the Pepperfry Studios (stores)

SOLUTIONING APPROACH  

  • In-depth interviews with sales resources from 15+ Studios across the country
  • Designing of an integrated intervention based on the root causes identified
  • Multi-part classroom training, coaching, practice on SoPs, eLearning, handholding 

OUTCOME

  • Built a culture of consultative sales and customer connect at the Studio that focused on closure and activations
  • Rigours training, coaching and handholding of the Studio resources to build skills and attitude required for success at the Studios
  • Introduced sales SoPs, Do’s & Don’ts, cross-selling/ upselling and other processes for strengthening sales function at the Studios
